Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly instructions, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, or schedule a freight pickup for oversized furniture pieces.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned item to confirm it is in original condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
